Invoicing Update-

Beginning in the 2025 Tax Year (2026 Calendar Year), we have migrated to a new invoicing and payment collection platform- QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The invoice structure will look slightly different from last year's. You may view the Sample Invoice below, for reference.

Please save the email address from which our invoices and receipts will be delivered: quickbooks@notification.intuit.com.

The subject line of our invoice emails will be:

Payments accepted- We offer ACH bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, and debit/credit cards payment methods. We recommend ACH bank transfer for the safest and most secure processing. Checks are accepted, but electronic payment is strongly encouraged.
